The concierge log book for condominium desks.
Concierge desks see everyone who comes and goes: residents, owners, tenants, visitors and contractors. The concierge log book has to keep up with all of it, across every shift and every staff member.
Shiftover gives the desk an AI agent. Your concierge types what happened, the agent logs it against the unit, and anything that needs a follow-up carries to the next shift until someone resolves it.

01 · The log
Packages, visitors and contractors, logged against the unit.
A concierge types “Electrician for 803, fob issued, back by 3” and the agent records the entry type, the unit and the follow-up, and turns the fob into an open item with a due time. The concierge confirms the entry, and their own words are kept beside it.
Names are optional. Routine entries like packages can be set to record the unit instead, so the log holds only what your building needs.

02 · Desks
One building, more than one desk.
A property can run several desks, such as a concierge desk in the lobby and a security desk at the garage. Each keeps its own log and its own shift times. Every staff member signs in with their own account, and the desk and shift are picked up from the device and the time.

03 · Follow-ups
Leaks and security concerns stay open until they're resolved.
Every open item has an owner, whether that's a person, the next shift or a supervisor, plus a priority and an optional due time. It carries to every shift and stays pinned at the top of the desk screen until someone closes it with a short resolution note.
The incoming concierge acknowledges a brief with those items first, so a fob that wasn't returned or water coming through a ceiling doesn't depend on someone remembering to mention it.

Questions from concierge teams.
Can we track packages, visitors and contractors in Shiftover?
Yes. Each is logged as an entry against the unit, with the time and the staff member who logged it, and anything that needs a follow-up becomes an open item.
Does it work for a property management company with several buildings?
Yes. Each building is its own property within your organization, with its own desks, staff and settings, and people only see the properties they belong to.
Can residents or owners see the log?
No. Shiftover is for your desk team: concierge staff, supervisors and administrators, each with their own sign-in and role.
Bring Shiftover to your front desk.
During the pilot, Shiftover replaces your front desk log book for every shift, whether that's a paper binder, a Word file or an email chain. Past reports can be imported at setup.
